I have explored the idea of using mind maps for self awareness / parts works purposes. and I must say that I like it a lot. so if you have something like a bad habit you don’t like. then with this mind mapping process can you see why you again and again fall into this same parten. so you know what to work with to find a better solution to for fill that need. or do something like shadow work with.
